1: Online booking conditions

 

  • When you place an order, we need your name, e-mail address, home and destination address and payment details to process your order and keep you informed of the progress of your order.

3  Travel details

  • For transfers from the airport, the driver will take the scheduled time of arrival of your flight (submitted when booking by the customer) as a reference for the moment of the customer's takeover. The average local time to collect checked baggage and customs is added to the expected initial arrival time, ie the arrival time of the aircraft is not equal to the time the customer will be picked up by the driver.
  • Compare your booking details with the delivery confirmation from your driver. All changes (all changes, including delays) or deviations must be reported directly to your driver via our system (to be managed on our website on the "Your reservation" page).
  • Any adjustments to your flight are considered, but this can result in possible waiting times.
  • We advise the customer to contact the driver if the delay lasts longer than 1 hour.

4  Responsibility

  • The responsibility for providing transfer services between you and the driver is limited to both parties between whom the service is entered into.
  • The responsibilities of taxisairports.com arising from this agreement will therefore be limited to those of an external broker between you and the Director.
  • Any liability arising from the provision of the transfer service is solely the responsibility of the driver and his insurance companies.
  • taxisairports.com and / or the driver are not liable for damage resulting from delays, including delays caused by waiting time at the airport, including damage caused by the lack of a transfer or connection, including connecting flights. taxisairports.com and / or Driver shows that they or their employees have taken reasonable measures to prevent damage, or if and insofar as it was impossible for taxisairports.com and / or Driver and its employees to take steps to to take such measures.
  • By accepting the Terms and Conditions, you agree that taxisairports.com will in no way be held responsible for losses, expenses or claims made by you in the event of a problem with the transfer and that all claims will be redirected to the driver.

5  Availability of services

  • taxisairports.com has the right to refuse an order placed by you on behalf of the driver.
  • We can not guarantee that a driver can assign a success to every booking request.
  • All information provided on the websites is in good faith and is deemed to be correct at the time of printing.
  • Airport-Driver.be is not responsible for any other inaccuracy due to outdated information that has not been reported to us by the pilot.

6  Transport service

  • The route to and from the destination can not be guaranteed and the Google map that is displayed on our website is for informational purposes only. Although reasonable efforts are made to ensure that the collection times are respected, they are not guaranteed. Unused transfers are not refunded and no alternative transportation costs are refunded unless previously authorized by a member of our team's customer service center. If you are authorized to use a different transport method, make sure you receive a receipt and send it to our Customer Service Center for verification. No payment is due for travel receivables that have been submitted without valid receipts.
  • For transfers on arrival, our drivers wait until their arrival up to 90 minutes after the scheduled time of arrival. Initially our drivers wait no later than 20 minutes after the pick-up time. If you ask the driver to wait longer than 20 minutes, keep in mind that the driver can charge waiting costs immediately.
  • You are responsible for checking the agreed pick up time and ensuring that the arrival time at the airport of departure is at least 10 minutes before the check-in desk is open and not less than two minutes. hours before the scheduled date. flight departure time
  • The driver will pick you up and drop you as close as possible to the addresses indicated.   • Although we strive to provide SMS confirmation messages, this service relies on telephone networks beyond our control. If a text message is lost or delayed, the customer will refer to the information provided by email or in the "Your Bookings" section of our website.

7    Payment

  • taxisairports.com offers two payment options:

 

 

  1. The customer pays after the service delivery after the billing
  2. Full payment during online booking process after billing
  3. Some destinations may require full payment in advance.

 

 

8    Changes and cancellations from you

 

  • Any changes (for example, flight delays) in the details of the transfer must be requested in the "Your Booking" section of the website prior to the date of the trip and will only take effect after verification with the driver and confirmation by e-mail.

 

 

  1. If you cancel up to 48 hours before the pick-up time (as stated in the voucher), the cancellation fee is 25% of the original booking price.
  2. If you cancel between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time (as stated in the coupon), the cancellation fee is 50% of the original booking price.
  3. If you cancel within 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time (as indicated in the coupon), the cancellation fee is 100% of the original booking price.

 

 

9    Changes and cancellations by taxisairports.com

 

  • We will make every reasonable effort to respect your vehicle preference, but we may need to arrange another vehicle for operational or safety reasons. If we need to change your booking for a lower category or a smaller vehicle for which a lower fare is available, we will refund the difference.
  • In rare cases, it may be necessary to cancel your trip. In such circumstances, you will receive a 100% refund (which will be paid within 30 days), but we will have no other liability to you arising from such cancellation. We will, however, do our utmost to try to find suitable alternatives for any confirmed reservation subsequently canceled by us.

10   Modifications and cancellations by the supplier

  • In case of delay (theft)> 1 hour of the Customer, the driver is entitled to cancel the booking or to charge the additional waiting time (> 1 hour). In case of cancellation by the driver, the total amount paid by the customer will be refunded.
  • We will inform you as soon as reasonably possible if the driver has to make a significant change to your booking or cancel them. We will also use reasonable efforts to find another suitable driver at no additional charge, but we will have no other liability to you.

11    Refund policy

  • Any cancellation of the contract must be made in writing by email to our Customer Service Center.
  • If we receive your cancellation request more than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time of the transfer you wish to cancel, the amount paid for this transfer will be refunded minus 25% of the total amount of the reservation. No money will be refunded for cancellations received less than 24 hours after the scheduled time of the transfer you wish to cancel.
  • Refunds will be paid within 30 days.

12   Child seats

  • Each country has different rules and regulations regarding the use of baby and child seats.
  • Child / baby seats will be provided if possible by reservation, but there may be cases where these seats can not be provided. In such cases, you will be entitled to a full refund for the seats not provided. If you do not wish to travel if the child / baby seats are not provided, please provide your own.

13 Additional stop:

  • The extra stops are not taken into account by the automatic price calculator, we consider the additional stops as an additional service requested from the driver, each additional stop is billed at least 10 euros, the price is calculated according to the detour that separates the point of departure to the point of arrival.

 

 

14   Luggage

 

  • Our prices include a bag or suitcase per passenger seat (based on a combined maximum size of 158 cm, length + width + height) per item. All luggage must be declared when booking. It is not necessary to declare small items that fit into the passenger's feet (for example, a laptop case, purse or small shoulder bag). The passenger is responsible for all expenses incurred if additional vehicles are required to carry excess undeclared baggage.

15   Contact

 

  • All contacts related to the modification of your booking details must be requested by e-mail or via the "Your reservations" section (accessible via our website).
  • It is important to verify that the email address you provided is correct and that you read all incoming email messages up to the time of your transfer.
  • In the event of unavoidable changes to the contract, we will notify you by e-mail of the address you provided at the time of booking, the fact of sending this email being considered as proof of receipt from you. The same system applies to all other e-mails that we can send to you.
  • If for any other reason you are unable to get to the pick-up point within a reasonable time after the scheduled collection time on your coupon, the driver will try to contact you at the mobile phone number you provided.
  • If it is not possible to reach you because you have not provided a mobile phone number operational at the time of booking, you have a bad connection, no signal, voicemail enabled or the call remains without reply. The driver is released from his obligations and a refund will not be due.

 

 

16    Unexpected - Force majeure

 

  • taxisairports.com and your driver can not be held responsible for delays, changes or cancellations due to force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the driver.

  • Copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights of websites are protected by national and international regulations governing intellectual property.

Modifications and cancellations by you

If you cancel up to 48 hours before the pick-up time (as indicated in the voucher), the cancellation fee is 25% of the price of the original reservation.

If you cancel, between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time (as indicated in the discount voucher), the cancellation fee is 50% of the price of the original reservation.
